Cancelling or Amending Your Order

Once your order has been submitted online it cannot be amended or cancelled. If you have any queries concerning your order once it has been confirmed please email us at elkedewit@hotmail.co.uk.

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your products when you receive your order. However, if your product is damaged in any way please contact our customer services team within 7 days of receipt on +44 7990 438140 to arrange for return and sending of replacement product.

We require a separate hard copy of proof of postage for any refund of returns that do not reach us.

Defects, incomplete orders, or incorrect delivery

If you are returning your items owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery, within the U.K., please contact our customer services team on elkedewit@hotmail.co.uk. We will email a Freepost label across to you so that you can send your package back to us, free of charge. For international returns we will refund the postage and product monies to your credit card on receipt of the products.

Refund time

We aim to process your return within 7 working days of receipt into our warehouse. The refund will be made to the same card or account used to make the purchase. Please note, it may take 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account- this will vary from bank to bank.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Promotional codes

From time to time, promotional offers may become available to use on the site. These will be in the form of promotional codes that must be entered in your Shopping Basket at the point of placing your order.

If you do not enter the code, once the order has been submitted we cannot retrospectively add the promotional code to your order. Only one promotional code can be used per transaction.

Payment

We currently accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We charge your card once you have placed your order. From this point your order cannot be changed or amended, so please double check your order before placing it.

Your orders will be charged in British Pound Sterling.

We maintain the highest levels of security using high-level SSL encryption technology – the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. Our payments are processed through SagePay so your transaction details are safe.
